Psychologue de formation, j\u2019ai toujours eu \u00e0 c\u0153ur d\u2019accompagner les personnes \u00e0 pouvoir trouver un \u00e9quilibre et un mieux \u00eatre dans leur vie. J&rsquo;ai toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 attir\u00e9e par le bien-\u00eatre, c\u2019est donc tout naturellement que je me suis tourn\u00e9e vers le yoga en f\u00e9vrier 2020. Apr\u00e8s 2 ans de pratique, j\u2019ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de partir un mois en Gr\u00e8ce afin de faire une formation intensive de 200h en Hatha yoga et Vinyasa. D\u00e8s mon retour, j\u2019ai eu l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 d\u2019enseigner le yoga lors de retraites organis\u00e9es \u00e0 Vresse-sur-Semois.<br>J&rsquo;ai \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 form\u00e9e \u00e0 Paris en m\u00e9ditation sonore, une pratique de relaxation profonde que j\u2019aurai le plaisir de vous faire d\u00e9couvrir lors des cours. Le cours se veut accessible \u00e0 tous et aux d\u00e9butants. Il n\u2019est donc pas du tout n\u00e9cessaire de faire preuve de souplesse pour pouvoir d\u00e9buter une pratique de yoga.
